My name is Dan, and my journey into real estate started with something simple: hard work.

Before entering the land investment business, I built my career in the drain and sewer industry. I started as a hands-on drain technician, working directly with homeowners, businesses, and property managers. Over the years, I developed more than a decade of experience in the trade and eventually built my own service company.

Running a service business taught me lessons that go far beyond the work itself. I learned the importance of showing up when you say you will, communicating honestly, solving problems, treating people with respect, and standing behind your word.

Those lessons shaped the way I do business today.

As I continued building my company, I became increasingly interested in real estate, land, and the opportunities that exist when the right property meets the right buyer. That interest led me to make the transition into land wholesaling and property opportunity sourcing.

Today, through Dan's Investment Solutions, I'm focused on building relationships with landowners, builders, and developers throughout Florida. My goal is to understand what people need, identify relevant opportunities, and help bring the right people together.

Outside of business, I'm a husband and a father. My family is a major part of why I work as hard as I do and why building something meaningful for the future matters to me. My Catholic faith also plays a role in the values I try to bring into my life: integrity, humility, responsibility, and treating people the way I would want my own family to be treated.

I know that selling land or pursuing a development opportunity can be a significant decision. I want people to feel comfortable having a straightforward conversation with me, asking questions, and understanding their options without feeling pressured.

I'm not here to promise things I cannot guarantee. I'm here to build real relationships, do the work, communicate clearly, and create opportunities where there is a good fit.
